Calfus looking for a Microsoft Business Central Technical Specialist with a strong background in CAL/AL language, Microsoft Power Platform, and custom integrations. If you have experience with Insight Works WMS application, that's an added advantage!

Role Description & Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with customers to gather requirements for new enhancements.
• Development & Testing: Develop new enhancements, perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing, and manage deployments.
• Business Process Analysis: Analyze and design business processes and workflows.
• Integration Support: Integrate and support Microsoft Business Central solutions with existing systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• User Stories: Create and maintain user stories.
• Bug Resolution: Work with the functional team to resolve bugs.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft Business Central technologies by attending training sessions and certifications.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualities 🎓

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience: 5-10 years as a technical developer/lead in Microsoft Business Central.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in integrating Microsoft Business Central solutions with other systems and applications, extensions/customizations, integration, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Reporting & AL: Experience in reports and AL (Application Language).
• Configuration & Customization: Ability to configure and customize Microsoft Business Central applications to meet client requirements.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Implementation Experience: Experience in implementation of Business Central On-prem or cloud is preferable.
• Domain Expertise: Manufacturing/Supply Chain domain experience is highly preferred.
