Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Application Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure we are always leveraging the best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in application development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar.
- Experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
